who provides farga

farga is provided by Ian Poschner, Sidney Schluesche and David Galusinski, based in Barcelona, Spain (“we”, “us”). Contact: fargagames@gmail.com.

license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use farga on Apple devices you control, for private, non-commercial use. This license adds to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store apps; where they conflict, these terms apply as far as the law allows.

The app, its games, texts, questions, design and illustrations belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell or distribute them, or decompile the app except where the law expressly allows it.

acceptable use

• farga is meant for people aged 16 and over.
• Use the games to have fun together, not to harass, humiliate or expose anyone. Some questions are cheeky: skip any you're not up for.
• Don't use offensive player names or other people's personal details without their permission.
• Don't use the app in a way that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.

it's just a game

farga is entertainment. Results in most likely to, wavelength and the quiz say nothing real about anyone. We check quiz questions carefully, but an answer may be outdated or wrong: don't rely on it as a source.

alcohol and responsible drinking

One of the games includes the option of taking a sip when you lose. So:

• Only people of legal drinking age where they are may drink alcohol.
• You can always play without alcohol: water, a soft drink or nothing at all. The game works the same.
• Nobody should pressure anyone to drink, and nobody has to explain why they don't.
• Each player is responsible for their own drinking. Know your limit, never drink and drive, and look after your friends.
• Don't play with alcohol if you're pregnant, on medication that doesn't mix with it, or have health reasons not to drink.

farga doesn't encourage excessive drinking and never requires you to drink. Whether and how much you drink is up to you.

liability

We provide farga “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or for what happens during a game, including drinking, which is each player's own decision and responsibility.

Nothing here limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any consumer rights the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we'll show it here with a new date. You can stop using farga at any time by deleting the app.

governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory laws and may go to its courts.
